Julia
Nicolaou, CEO
CEO
of Aqua Salon, joined forces with Photi to found
the company in 2000 with its first location
in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Since then she
has helped to expand the company with 2 additional
locations in West Bloomfield and Royal Oak.
They are currently working on opening additional
locations in the near future.
Born in Russia she came to
the United States at the age of 17, and began
her career as a business manager and developer.
With her knowledgeable background and experience
she partnered with Photi and has helped Aqua
be the "#1 Salon for High Quality, Affordable
Hair Color" as voted by City Search.
Vadim
Yelizarov, Director of the Creative
Department of Aqua Salon.
With an extreme background in Graphics design,
Web Site Development, Marketing, Promotions
and Photography, he works for Aqua Salon as
our Director of the Creative Department. With
his expertise and knowledge of productions and
event marketing, he works to expand and promote
Aqua Salon to its fullest potential. Vadim can
also be found at promotional events working
as a liaison for Aqua, as well as our resident
photographer. With his keen eye and immense
talent, he is also available for freelance photography
for all aspiring models and actors. You can
find Vadim at anyone of our 3 Aqua Salon locations.

Manager
With her vast knowledge and
experience in sales, and small business management,
Carol heads up the operations of our West Bloomfield
and Farmington Hills locations. She has been
in the sales industry for over 15 years and
has during that time, produced targeted sales
goals as well as running a small firm. This
ambitious woman is helping to take Aqua Salon
to the next level of customer satisfaction and
salon excellence.

With a strong background in
sales, business development, and financial management,
she heads up the operations of our Royal Oak
location, as well as our future locations opening
soon. Her knowledge and experience in sales,
